The Inconsistencies Generated by Agile Methodology
In the first module, each task needs only 2 or 3 actions.
Later, the tasks needed 4 or 5 different actions and these increased the size of the actions area at the bottom of the screen.
In the end, a dedicated task menu was developed to better respond to this case, but early tasks were built with larger action areas.
In the beginning, the warnings were short and required confirmation only.
After a while, the warning messages became more complex with at least 2 options, and the area covered half of the screen.
In the end, a dedicated warning page with specific actions was created.
In early phases, there were only 1 or maximum 2 inputs per task, and all inputs were from the scanning functionality.
Later the inputs came from both scanning and typing and their number was too big to keep large fonts.
In the end, the app has 3 different widgets for text input.
